On March 27, Les Entreprises Melançon had the privilege of taking part in a fundraising activity organized by the Cogir Foundation, during a warm evening held at the Rive Gauche hotel in Beloeil.
Inspired by the sugaring-off season, the event brought together business partners, members of the Cogir Immobilier team and stakeholders from various backgrounds over a convivial meal.
The aim of this networking evening was to raise funds to support important social causes. As a Silver Sponsor, we were keen to play an active part in this initiative by making a donation to the Foundation.
Thanks to the generosity of participants, over $900,000 was raised – a sum that the Cogir Foundation had pledged to double. As a result, $1,812,750 will be redistributed to various organizations across the country.
Donations will support projects that promote enriching education and active living for young people, encourage the physical and mental well-being of seniors, facilitate the inclusion of newcomers and contribute to the health of our planet, such as :

- Maison Kekpart;
- École Immaculée-Conception;
- Fondation Santé.
